I'm your guy if
- You're an early or growth-stage team that needs design and GTM in one head
- You want an idea taken 0→1 — designed, built, launched — without a handoff chain
- You want a design leader who has run pipeline and owned a revenue number
Not your guy if
- You need a large design-ops org managed by process alone
- You're after a pure researcher or a single-tool specialist
- Your idea of fast measures in quarters, not weeks
Can you actually build it, or just design it?
Both — that's the whole point. I design the system and ship the working product: the front-end and the glue that makes it real. The site you're on right now is one example — designed, written and built by me, end to end.
How fast can you move?
A focused 0→1 sprint is roughly 2–4 weeks from idea to in-market. Smaller pieces — a landing page, a flow, a brand pass — land in days. I move fast because I design and build, so nothing waits in a handoff queue.
What does it cost?
Sprints are fixed-price, so there are no surprises — we agree the number before anything starts. Embedded / ongoing work is a simple monthly. Either way you'll know the cost up front, in writing.
What if it's not right?
We start small and tight, with checkpoints, and you see working things early and often — so we course-correct before it gets expensive. No big-bang reveal at the end that misses the mark.
Solo, or with my team?
Either. I can own it end to end on my own, or plug into your team and lead a lane — design, GTM, or the build. Whatever the work actually needs.
